Title: Senior Estimator
Office Location: Wakefield
Salary: £50k - £65k (experience depending)
Package: Car Allowance & Mileage, 25 Hols, Pension, etc

Shift Pattern/Hours: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm

 

My client is an Interior Design & Build contractor based in Yorkshire that has seen steady growth over the last few years. Due to their current Senior Estimator retiring they’re looking to find someone new to take over.

 

They specialise in high end Commercial, Retail & Leisure fitouts across the Midlands, Yorkshire, Northwest, Northeast and Scotland.

 

Project Values: £250k - £5m

Sectors: Pubs, Bars, restaurants, Hotels, Leisure

Key Clients: Admiral Taverns, Greene King, Mitchell & Butler, Marston’s, David Lloyd, Pret A manger, The Restaurant Group

They mainly operate around Yorkshire & Northeast

 

You will be responsible for managing tenders and delivering accurate cost estimates for the fast-track pub and restaurant fit-outs.

  • Preparing and submitting competitive tenders for hospitality and leisure fit-out projects
  • Estimating costs for projects ranging from £100,000 to £1 million
  • Evaluating subcontractor quotes and negotiating favourable terms
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and smooth project delivery
  • Supporting the commercial team with project forecasts and reporting
